Juneyoung Yoon

Hi there! I recently earned my Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), where I was advised by Prof. Ue-hwan Kim. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree at GIST.

My research interests generally focus on computer vision and robot manipulations. Currently, I am particularly interested in (1) understanding and improving Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models, and (2) Developing reliable task planning that can adapt effectively to unforeseen situations. My goal is to enable robots to behave reliably in diverse real-world scenarios and interact seamlessly with humans.
